(hereafter “Company”) with the use of Services offered by website https://www.supportize.com and related App. Privacy regulations Company believes that privacy of the Users using Site and App Services is very important.
For this reason you are required to carefully read this page in order to understand how to protect your information.
Data you will provide consulting Site pages at time of registration and subsequently will be processed according to law provisions as per Legislative Decree 196/2003 in the matter of personal data protection (hereafter “Privacy Code or Code”).
This information is provided only for Site https://www.supportize.com and related App and not other consulted sites.

Pursuant to article 13 of Code, Company informs you that:
1. Control for data processing

2. Nature of processed data and objectives of processing
This information is applicable to all Services (hereafter “Services”) provided by Company in the scope of Services of Site https://www.supportize.com.
Anyone interested in accessing and using any of the Services must preliminarily register as a User (hereafter “User” or “Users”) of Site and App.
3. Definitions
1. For the purposes of the Code, the following definitions apply:
a) "processing", any operation or set of operations performed also without the help of electronic means, concerning the collection, registration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, disclosure, deletion and distribution of data, even if not recorded in a database;
b) "personal data", any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, also indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number;
f) "data controller", the natural person, legal entity, public administration and any other entity, association or body to which, also together with other data controller, the following decisions pertain: purposes and methods of personal data processing and means to be used, including the security profile;
g) "responsible person", the natural person, legal entity, public administration and any other entity, association or body set in charge of personal data processing by the Data Controller;
i) "data subject", the natural person to whom personal data are referred;
l) "communication", disclosing of personal data to one or more determined subjects, other than the data subject, the Data Controller representative in the State’s territory, the responsible person(s) and appointee(s), in any form, also through inquiry or making them available.
4. Description of Services
Supportize is a new Social Network, free of charge, aimed at the sharing and support of specific projects, with motivational purposes.
5. Personal Data Processing
Pursuant to article 13 of Code, we inform User that:
User Settings area allows the management and processing of User’s personal data in order to enjoy Services of his/her own interest.
Company will process User’s personal data, in an electronic way for the sole purposes connected or functional to the chosen service.
During the registration process, in the User Settings area the User is required to enter some data (name, surname and e-mail address). Input of such data is mandatory. Should the User not be willing to provide such information, User will not be able to access Services offered by Site and App.
Once registered, User is free to provide data possibly necessary to use a chosen Service. Failure in providing such data, may entail the impossibility to obtain requested service. Such data, and amongst them, the e-mail address may be used by Company for the mentioned service purposes, according to what subscribed by the User during the registration process to Site and App. Subjects to whom personal data are referred have the right at any point in time to obtain confirmation of as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and to know their content and source, to verify correctness or to request integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196). Pursuant to same article, User has the right to request cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as object in each case, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.

6. Categories of processed data
Data provided under Users’ responsibility are sometimes likely to reveal User’s ethnic origin, his/her nationality, his/her religion and/or his/her sexual orientation. By providing such data, the User expresses his/her will and as a consequence his/her explicit consent to the processing of such “sensible” data by Company la Società, nonché i loro fornitori situati all'interno e all'esterno dell'Unione Europea e ne assume liberamente l'esclusiva responsabilità.
At time of registration or at any subsequent point in time, User may request, free of charge, to receive or stop receiving information about Services offered by Company and/or promotional offers sent via e-mail.
User may receive from us promotional offers of some of our partners, upon free consent expressed after being informed at the action of registration and unless subsequent manifestation of refusal, without any additional costs other than those relevant to the transmission of request at time of registration or in any other moment.
Should the User prefer to not receive offers selected by or which our partner might send, User can indicate such preference at time of registration or, subsequently, at any point in time, through the User Settings section on Site,
Company may sometimes share some general socio-demographic information, in an aggregated form, and statistics with selected partners to allow mailing of targeted communication (by age categories, by gender, etc.). In these cases, we do not transmit information which could enable to identify User.
By creating a Supportize Account User accepts to receive from Company at the e-mail address entered at time of registration, communications and commercial offers related to and/or connected to Services of Company. User may object to said processing both initially – by ticking relevant User Settings section – and subsequently by sending an e-mail message to the following e-mail address support@supportize.com.
Browsing data
Information systems and software procedures on which this website functions acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are information which are not collected to be associated with an identified data subject, even though for their same nature they could, through elaborations and associations with data hold by third parties, enable to identify users.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to Site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources, time of request, method used to submit requests to server, response file size, numeric code reporting server response status (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and User’s information environment. These data are used to the sole purpose of obtaining statistical anonymous information about the use of Site and to control its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Data might be used to ascertain responsibilities in case of hypothetical computer crime damaging Site: with the exception of this case, currently data about web contacts are not retained for longer than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by user
Optional sending, explicit and voluntary of e-mail messages to addresses reported on this site entails subsequent acquisition of sender’s e-mail address, required to answer requests, as well as other possible personal data entered in the message.
7. Communication of data
Personal data may be communicated to identified subjects, appointed by Data Controller for the supply of services which are instrumental or necessary for the execution of obligations connected to the registration to Site and App, oppure attraverso, limited to and in compliance with given instructions.
In particular, data may be communicated to:
1. people, companies or professional practices who provide assistance, consulting or collaboration to Company in matters of accountancy, administration, legal, tax and financial advice;
2. subjects delegated or appointed by Company for the execution of activities or part of activities linked to the delivery of sale services, such as client services, even if outsourced; every other external company for which communication is necessary for the correct fulfilment of obligations taken by Company in relation to the contract for supplying of own services, or foreign company to which Supportize may provide the platform or services;
3. Public Administrations for the execution of institutional functions, as limited by law or regulation provisions.
User data are not subject to disclosure.
8. Methods of processing
Company will perform personal data processing in accordance to the discipline included in the Code, limited to the specific purposes for which they have been communicated, following principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality protection.
Personal data are processed with automated systems for a period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected.
Data are collected telematically and are processed through operations of registration, inquiry, communication, conservation, deletion, performed mainly with the help of electronic means, ensuring the adoption of adequate measures for the security of processed data and guaranteeing their confidentiality.
User’s data, memorised on electronic device, are kept and archived on a server possessed by Company.
Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent data losses, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Personal data will be processed by collaborators and/or employees of Data Controller as responsible person(s) or appointee(s) for processing, in their capacity and in compliance with instructions given by Data Controller.
Company guarantees the maximum level of security in processing User’s data.
Processing connected to Services takes place at the Company’s headquarter and are taken care by appointees for processing. In case of necessity, data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by Company’s personnel who takes care of the maintenance of technological part of Site and App (responsible people for processing pursuant to article 29 of Code in the matter of personal data protection), at the Company’s headquarter.
9. Limitation of Responsibilities
Company declines any responsibilities for possible claims and/or complaints from the User about the impossibility to use Services. Company does not take responsibilities for damages and/or claims, direct and/or indirect, arising to the User or third parties out of failed or faulty functioning of Services.
10. Data Subject’s Rights
Pursuant to article 7 of Code, User has the right to obtain, at any point in time, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and purposes for which they are used. User also has the right to request updating, or rectification, deletion or blocking of data, as well as object, in whole or in part, to their processing. To exercise above-mentioned rights, as well as receive information related to subjects at whose premises data are archived or to whom data are communicated or about subjects who, as responsible person(s) or appointee(s), may get to know User’s data, User may contact the Data Controller. Art. 7. of Code prescribes:
Right to access personal data and other rights 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller and the designated responsible person(s) e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, responsible person(s), appointee(s). 3. A data subject shall have the following rights: a) to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) to obtain deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) to obtain certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
